Leading sports and equine artist Brian CLinton was commissioned to paint the greatest ever 24 winners of the Melbourne Cup on the famous Flemington home straight approaching the winning post.
The names do not get any bigger...Makybe Diva, Archer, Phar Lap, Saintly & Might & Power to name but a few. The result of the race was judged by the VRC`s panel of 22 experts. The first 3 home were Phar Lap, Carbine & Makybe Diva.
